After the year they had last year, it's hard to like Sony. Recalling products and installing harmful programs in your computer. Oh, and of course they released a video game system that had a huge price tag and no games worth playing on it while scaling back the users ability to play older games as had been originally stated.

This all has led to some backlash but they have managed to do some good. Not in America, mind you, but 100 people in England love them and that is a start.

Apparently at the launch of the PS3 in England, they managed to give away a 46" HD TV to the first 100 people who bought a PS3! As a surprise!!!!

For them it may be a small blip, well a small 250,000 blip, but this is actually a pretty nice thing that they did. It almost makes me want to buy a PS2, but I did anyway just to play Guitar Hero anyway.
