"What's your problem today sir? ...Ok I'll just transfer you" and repeat! (SPRINT PCS SUCKS!!!)

Sprint PCS may be the worst company I have ever dealt with for technical support. Even worse than Dell and today is the only time I dealt with them. Their support, or more accurately non-support, was a mixture of putting me on hold, stalling and the use of bad phones in which they tried to break my will to live and give up looking for help. Now is this really the way you should run support?
My call was like one big circle as it would go exactly like this:
Sprint: hello can I get the number
Me: gives number
Sprint: what is the name of the account
me: gives name
Sprint: whats the problem
Me: tell them problem
sprint: let me do some research hold on
me: hold
sprint: I am going to transfer you
me: think of ways to strangle myself with phone chord
And repeat for 7 straight support people. They never attempted to fix anything a few of them seemed to have lied and in the end I was given another number to call and I think that was a number to just get a prize for lasting so long. Thankfully the person who I was calling for said it could wit until Monday or else I may have strangled myself with the phone chord.
Moral of the story is, don't ever sign up for a Sprint account because if shit goes wrong your ass is fucked to an eternity of Sprint PCS Support call hell.
