FU BestBuy, I am taking my limited business elsewhere.

Last week I was able to sell a bunch of old and broken crap that I had around the house on Ebay, I did so well that I figured that I earned myself a treat that would open up a few more items I could sell. The treat I wanted was a portable XM radio and I saw that the price for it at BestBuy was 50 dollars cheaper than circuit city and then 27 dollars less if I bought a gift card for XM which would pay for 4 months of service. I was sold.
So I order it and it says I could pickup in 45 minutes at a store that had it. I find a store that indeed has the product in stock (well that is what the website said) an pick the store and await the good news pickup email. 45 minutes later, sorry we dont have the item please call customer service. So I call and I switch stores and I was confirmed over the pone that they had one. 45 minutes later I get my super happy funtime email AND THEY DON'T FUCKING HAVE IT!!!
I call customer service again and I cancel my order.
Normally this would not piss me off since I understand that the website can not be totally up to date (hey look at this site with an issue from 2 years ago) but when you call customer service it is unaccpetable for them not to have up to date info. I mean don;'t these fuck faces have access to computerized databases? Shouldn't their info be updated as things are sold or returned? Or is it just another employee taking advantage of a decent price?
Whatever the reason I am taking some time off from BestBuy, I can find things cheaper elsewhere.
